February 1, 2010, around 8:30pm a utility truck caught fire and was followed by several small explosions.  The fire occurred in the Kroger Shopping Center off of Grayson Hwy. & Rosebud Rd. in Grayson, Georgia.

This is a piece I put together. It’s a fashion meets photo imaging photo. This is the type of work I would love to do in the future. I am actually so inspired by it that I plan on making it a big part of my body of work and will start shooting more ASAP!!!

For my Multimedia Essay in Photojournalism, I chose to tell the story of Carlos. Carlos is a 16 year old “Transgender.”

The Seminar was absolutely amazing this weekend. We got to see some of the best photos from around the world. We got to see how a young group of photographers built their empire in about 2 years. We got to see the cutting edge in multimedia. We got to shed a few tears during Dave LaBelle’s workshop on photographing the homeless. We got to hear from National Geographic photographer. Eric Draper shared his 8 years in photos with George Bush’s term. I was amazing! We were invited back next year, soooo I will more than likely be there.
